Trump supporters are claiming that there was no violence or insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2020, despite tons of footage of violence and numerous criminal prosecutions.
Right wing social media influencers are pointing to the raw footage of J6 Tapes (released by House Speaker Mike Johnson) of peaceful moments in the U.S. Capitol before the violence began.
