Homeland Security Secretary Kristi L. Noem admitted in a federal court filing that she defied a judge’s ruing when she ordered Venezuelan detainees to be flown to El Salvador’s infamous CECOT prison in March, reports The Washington Post.
Federal Judge James Boasberg said he is considering pursuing criminal charges against Trump administration officials who have defied his court orders.
