Two unidentified people climbed the Empire State Building in New York City, where one of the climbers proposed to the other on one knee, reports CNN. The NYPD is talking tough about arresting the, but has failed to send one officer up to take them into custody. The couple is holding a banner that says: “When the power of love beats the love of power, the world knows peace.”
