Teresa Borrenpohl was forcibly removed by three unidentified men during a town hall event at the Coeur d’Alene High School auditorium in Idaho, reports the Coeur d’Alene Post Falls Press.
Borrenpohl made remarks to preserve Medicaid in the statewhen she was pulled from her seat when Kootenai County Sheriff Bob Norris told Borrenpohl to “get up or be arrested” before the three unidentified men stepped in.
The event’s emcee, Ed Bejarana, mocked Borrenpohl as she was dragged out: “Look at this little girl over here, everyone. Look at her.”
Bejarana accused Borrenpohl and other audience members of “filibustering” and continued talking about Elon Dusk’s non-government agency DOGE:
We’ve got to be a little aggressive with some of these folks here. Your voice is meaningless right now. … I can talk over all of you..
“Is this a town hall or a lecture?” one woman in the audience shouted.
