Trump lawyer Jay Sekulow, who has raised millions for his ACLJ charity (which pays his law firm millions) by claiming to be “pro-life,” is now suing the Biden administration for its life-saving COVID vaccine mandate that requires vaccinations for companies that have more than 100 employees.
Sekulow is representing the right wing “pro-life” Heritage Foundation, notes the ACLJ. Sekulow makes no mention of how the vaccine saves lives, but instead complains about “draconian penalties that could crush our economy.” Sekulow failed to present any evidence for his economy claim.
