“Pro-life” evangelical leader Franklin Graham thanked God for the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that negated a mandate that companies with 100 employees, or more, require COVID-19 vaccinations to prevent the spread of the deadly COVID virus that has killed nearly 900,000 Americans.
Graham called the mandate (which never went into effect) “socialistic” on Twitter as Omicron (COVID variant) infections and deaths soared in the U.S.
This socialistic mandate aggressively overreached & disrupted the lives of millions of people this week as businesses were trying to comply with a 490-page order to avoid unbelievable fines. I thank God that the Supreme Court had enough common sense to see this as what it is.

CNBC reports the liberal justices — Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan — claimed in their dissent that the six conservative justices usurped the power of Congress, President Joe Biden and OSHA:
“In the face of a still-raging pandemic, this Court tells the agency charged with protecting worker safety that it may not do so in all the workplaces needed,” they said in their dissent.
“As disease and death continue to mount, this Court tells the agency that it cannot respond in the most effective way possible. Without legal basis, the Court usurps a decision that rightfully belongs to others. It undercuts the capacity of the responsible federal officials, acting well within the scope of their authority, to protect American workers from grave danger,” they wrote.
