Rep. James Comer (R-KY), who has a history of denying climate change science, went on Fox Business and pretended to have expertise in infectious disease in order to blame Dr. Anthony Fauci for the decisions made by the Trump administration during the early days of the pandemic.
Rep. Comer falsely claimed to know exactly how the COVID virus was created in a Wuhan lab and falsely claimed Dr. Fauci intentionally lied about COVID to somehow change how vaccine choices were made, even though Fauci had no such authority over vaccine creation.

Rep. Comer also falsely claimed that President Joe Biden’s psrdons of Fauci and others could be magically thrown out.
