Three of President Donald Trump’s judicial nominees, including John George Edward Marck (pictured), refused to say that Trump cannot be president for a third term, which is forbidden by the 22nd Amendment during a Senate hearing.
The 22nd Amendment of the Constitution says, “”No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice.”
