The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) has been blocked by the FBI from investigating the killing of an unarmed U.S. citizen, Renee Nicole Good (picture below), by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent, reports the Minnesota Star Tribune:
The FBI informed the BCA that the U.S. Attorney’s Office had reversed course: the investigation would now be led solely by the FBI.
