Trump Education Secretary Linda McMahon — who is being sued with husband Vince McMahon over child sexual abuse claims — called on Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz to resign over a YouTube video that made false allegations about Somalia-owned day care centers, noted Fox News. The video was steered by Minnesota Republicans and debunked.
Walz did announce he would not seek another term as governor, notes NBC News.
CNN reports: “Investigators last week visited all of the child care centers accused of fraud in the video, and all were operating as expected, state officials say.”
