An unidentified ICE agent was filmed pinning a man down on a street, punching him, and pushing his face into the pavement in Evanston, Illinois outside of Chicago. In a second video, the same ICE agent aimed a gun at bystanders twice, as part of President Donald Trump’s assault on human rights.
