Masked federal agents snatched a Tufts graduate student Rumesa Ozturk off the street in Boston, Massachusetts for co-writing an editorial calling for the end of Israel’s attacks against Palestinians in Gaza in March 2024. Ozturk was shipped off to a jail in Louisiana, drawing outrage from local politician, reports WCVB.
