The Economist editor-in-chief Zanny Minton Beddoes destroyed Elon Musk on his claims that England is heading toward “civil war,” forcing him to admit he hasn’t even been to England in “a few years.”
“Exactly, so I live there. I’m there the whole time. That is nonsense,” she snapped. Musk responded: “You live in quite a cloistered existence.” Beddoes pushed back, denying she did, arguing that “the numbers” also “disprove” Musk’s claim.
